I'm a design operations leader with 20 years of experience spanning marketing, brand, and product development. My work focuses on building the systems, standards, and operational frameworks that enable design teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and consistent experiences at scale.

Throughout my career, I've led initiatives that transform how design teams work—from establishing foundational design operations practices to rebuilding enterprise design systems that serve 15+ product teams. I specialize in creating alignment between design and engineering, implementing accessibility standards, and building the documentation and governance structures that ensure long-term sustainability.

Currently, I'm leading an enterprise-wide accessibility program to embed inclusivity and WCAG compliance into the software development lifecycle, ensuring that accessibility becomes a seamless part of how we build products.
